Automated CMS Content Publishing Pipeline

The client's content team produced blog articles as Word documents but lost hours every week manually reformatting, categorizing, sourcing images, and publishing each post into their CMS. Each article required a content editor to copy text, apply heading styles, select categories and tags, resize images, and upload everything individually — a process that took 45–90 minutes per post. As publishing frequency increased to keep pace with demand, the manual workload became a hard ceiling on how much content the team could ship. The inconsistency of manual categorization was also degrading content discoverability and SEO performance across the blog.

Email-Triggered Blog Publishing Automation

Blog content arrived by email from a distributed network of contributors — engineers, product managers, and external subject-matter experts — each submitting in completely different formats. Some sent structured drafts with clear headings; others sent rambling prose, bullet-pointed notes, or inline-attached Word files with no consistent structure. Every submission required a content editor to manually parse the email, extract the article, reformat it to brand standards, assign metadata, and queue it for publishing. With submission volume increasing and editor capacity fixed, the backlog between article submission and publication was growing to several days.

Multi-region enterprise

Human-Approved Multi-Region Content Updates

A multi-region enterprise operated localized web pages across dozens of country and language variants, each requiring periodic content updates to reflect local promotions, regulatory language, pricing, and campaign messaging. Incoming update requests arrived through email from regional marketing teams in unstructured, free-text form — no standard template, no consistent field naming, and no defined approval process. Coordinating who had requested what, applying changes to the correct page variant, and routing the result for legal and editorial sign-off before it went live was handled entirely by hand, leading to delays, missed updates, and occasional errors reaching production.

Global confectionery brand

Receipt and Campaign Participation Validation at Scale

A global confectionery brand ran a high-volume consumer promotion requiring participants to submit purchase receipts as proof of qualifying purchases. The campaign attracted tens of thousands of submissions within weeks of launch, spanning receipts from retailers across multiple countries, currencies, and receipt formats — printed, handwritten, and photographed under varying lighting conditions. Manual verification was ruled out at that volume, but accuracy was non-negotiable: incorrectly accepting ineligible entries risked promotional budget overrun, while incorrectly rejecting valid submissions created consumer complaints and brand damage. Existing simple OCR solutions failed on low-quality images and non-standardized layouts at an unacceptable rate.

Consumer brand campaign (FMCG)

Multimodal Entry Validation and Winner Scoring

An FMCG brand ran a user-generated content campaign inviting consumers to submit creative entries in audio and video format — a deliberate choice to drive deeper engagement than photo or text submissions. The campaign generated thousands of media entries within the first weeks, each requiring validation against campaign eligibility rules and qualitative scoring against creative criteria for winner selection. Manual review at that volume was infeasible: a panel of judges reviewing each submission would take weeks and introduce significant scoring subjectivity. Existing automation tooling could handle text and image entries but had no meaningful capability to evaluate audio and video content at the semantic and creative level required.
